The Tonopah Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Tonopah are always interested in attracting new businesses to our town. The town form of government eliminates a lot of the red tape a business may encounter in starting a business in a city.

Although our population base is small, please remember we are at the midway point between Las Vegas and Reno and anyone traveling from one point to the other comes through Tonopah. The Nevada Department of Transportation estimates over 970,000 cars pass through here on an annual basis.

Tonopah also draws consumers from the surrounding towns, such as Goldfield, Silver Peak, Gabbs, Round Mountain and more. With that in mind, and not to exclude or discourage any new business, our current wish list for businesses needed in Tonopah is:
